What’s in it for me with supermerchado?

You get direct access to an attractive B2B network and benefit from an automated corporate gifting marketplace. You’ll tap into a new digital sales channel for your products without any marketing effort on your part, while we handle all the platform technology in the background.

How exactly does the selling process work for my products?

After logging in, you’ll first complete your profile and add your items. Once we’ve approved them, you register the goods and ship them to our warehouse. From that moment on, your items are visible on the marketplace and available for companies to order. You can see your current orders (including date and quantity) at any time under the "Sales" menu item.

Do I have to handle the logistics?

Nope, you don’t have to worry about individual shipping. Your only logistical task is to deliver the approved items to our warehouse. We handle the rest of the fulfillment process for end-customer orders.

Can I influence and expand the assortment?

Yes, you have full control over your offerings. Under "Assortment," you can add new items with a name, description, images, and price whenever you like. To keep our marketplace consistent for customers, we do a quick review of every new item. This approval process usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

How do I set my prices and can I change them later?

You set the price for your products yourself when you add the item (excl. VAT). If your margins or costs change, you can adjust the price at any time under "Assortment."

What happens if customers want items with their own logo?

That’s what our "Custom Production" feature is for. Customers can request items with their own design (e.g., with a logo or engraving) directly from you. You’ll receive the request with the desired product and quantity conveniently via email, allowing you to put together a custom quote for the customer.

How and when do I get paid?

We’ll send you a report on your previous month’s sales by the third business day of each month at the latest. Your earnings will then be reliably paid out within 30 days.

How do I log in to the platform?

Just get in touch with us via our website. After a quick check to see if your products are a good fit for our B2B marketplace, we’ll set up your supplier account and send over your personal login details. From there, you’ll have full access to your own dashboard.
